• Each new HashKey Global user can only be referred once. Based on our internal records, eligibility for participation in this campaign will be determined by the first successful referral using a HashKey Global referral code. This eligibility determination will be made based on HashKey Global's system records.
• HashKey Global reserves the right to cancel a user's eligibility for this campaign, revoke any rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior, and request further information for relevant investigations, such as cases of fraudulent registration, falsified identity verification, or any activity related to illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Due to internal controls, system issues, or other special circumstances, HashKey Global may experience delays in the distribution of rewards for this campaign. If you have any questions, please contact customer support, and we will actively follow up on the matter.
• HashKey Global reserves the right to suspend, freeze, or block user accounts and assets in accordance with applicable laws or HashKey Global's Terms of Service.

• To comply with local regulations, certain services, features, and this campaign may not be available in your region, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria, Malta, the United States, mainland China, and Hong Kong;
• Participants in this campaign must confirm and declare that they have not engaged in any act or activity that may constitute a criminal, civil, or regulatory violation, including but not limited to a violation of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, fraud, or other applicable laws and regulations. This includes bribery (accepting, offering, giving, enticing, or inciting anyone to accept or offer any unauthorized advantage, reward, benefit, or inducement), improper influence over any agent, or dishonest or fraudulent behavior toward any principal.
• HashKey Global reserves the right to modify, change, or cancel any campaign/program or any participant's eligibility at any time at its sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, including due to internal controls, system issues, or other circumstances.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashKey Global, its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your participation in the campaign/program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey Global reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the rules and rewards of the program.
• Participants are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines related to the acquisition, possession, use, or trading of digital assets. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the program is legal within your jurisdiction and that you meet any required legal and regulatory obligations.
