Terms and Conditions

• Each new HashKey MENA user may only be referred once. According to our internal records, only the HashKey MENA invitation code used in the first successful referral will be used to determine eligibility for participation in this campaign. Such eligibility shall be determined based on HashKey MENA's system records.
• HashKey MENA reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in this campaign, revoke any rewards obtained through fraudulent or abusive conduct, and request additional information for the purpose of investigation, including but not limited to fraudulent registrations, falsified identity verification information, and any activities connected with unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
• Referred users are under no obligation to trade, deposit, or use any services on the HashKey MENA platform. Participants must not coerce, induce, or apply undue pressure on any referred user to trade, or to trade at any particular frequency or volume.
• Due to internal controls, system issues, or other exceptional circumstances, HashKey MENA may delay the distribution of rewards under this campaign. If you have any questions, please contact customer service and we will follow up promptly.
• HashKey MENA has the right, in accordance with applicable laws or the HashKey MENA Terms of Service, to suspend, freeze, or block user accounts and assets held in such accounts.
• By participating in this campaign, each participant confirms and represents that they have not engaged, in any manner, in any conduct or activity that may constitute any criminal, civil, or regulatory violation, including but not limited to any breach of anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, anti-fraud, or other applicable laws or regulations. This includes bribery, including accepting, receiving, offering, giving, soliciting, or inducing any person to accept or provide any unauthorized advantage, reward, benefit, or incentive, improper influence over any person, or any dishonest or fraudulent conduct toward any principal.
• Participants must not, in any referral content:
  • represent or imply capital protection, guaranteed returns, guaranteed profits, or risk-free trading,provide investment advice or personalized recommendations; or
  • publish unlabeled paid promotions or incentivized promotional content, and all such content must be clearly disclosed;
  • use of HashKey MENA, HashKey Group, or VARA logos, trademarks, or regulator names without prior written approval;
  • posting profit-and-loss screenshots or trading results as promotional material.
• In order to comply with local regulations, certain services, features, and this promotional campaign may not be available in your region, including but not limited to Crimea, Cuba, Donetsk, Iran, Luhansk, North Korea, Syria, the United States, Mainland China, and Hong Kong. Participants must not target referral content at audiences in these jurisdictions.
• HashKey MENA reserves the right, at any time, to review, amend, whether before or after publication, or require the removal of any content published by participants, if any. Any content published by participants must not infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, trademark rights, or any other rights. Such content must not contain false statements, misleading information, defamation, malicious disparagement, pornography, obscenity, unlawful content, offensive material, or any other improper content. Participants further authorize HashKey MENA to repost or republish such content and warrant that all content published by them complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• HashKey MENA reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to amend, modify, or cancel this campaign/program or any participant's eligibility due to internal controls, system issues, or other circumstances, without prior notice and without liability.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, HashKey MENA and its affiliates, partners, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your participation in this campaign/program, including but not limited to any loss of funds, profits, data, or reputation. HashKey MENA reserves the final right of interpretation and decision regarding the program rules and rewards.
• Each participant is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines relating to the acquisition, holding, use, or trading of digital assets. You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in this program is lawful in your jurisdiction and that you satisfy any required legal and regulatory obligations.
• Participants in this campaign do not represent HashKey MENA and must not expressly or impliedly state that they are speaking on behalf of HashKey MENA. Each participant warrants that any conduct undertaken by them as a referrer complies with all applicable laws, including any applicable advertising, social media, and/or competition rules, as well as any laws and regulations issued by governmental authorities, and with the platform terms of HashKey MENA.
• Participants must comply with HashKey MENA's KOL Dos and Don'ts, as published and updated from time to time. Those guidelines form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference, and any breach of the Dos and Don'ts constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
